SKOR Culinary Concepts Inc. (“SCCI”) was formed on January 19, 2007 when the operations of Royal Town Foods, Festive Food Catering and Peel Halton Kitchens were amalgamated. Since that time, the business expanded with the acquisition of City Wide Catering, JW Food Service and Jerry’s Catering in 2008. Serving a wide range of independent mobile caterers, vending companies and institutions, SCCI is well positioned to build on its market leading position in the GTA (and surrounding areas) as a leading provider of “Fresh’n Ready to Serve” products from its modern production facility located in Mississauga, Ontario
